Use this page to subscribe, unsubscribe or change settings for an account. |

Select the command that you wish to accomplish, and |
|
then use cut-n-paste to copy the command you wish to exercise. |
|
Then select the MAIL link at the bottom of the page to engage your mail client |
|
and finally, paste the command into the body of the message, and send it. |
|
If you have multiple email accounts, always send commands from the account that you subscribed from. |

| subscribe | SUBSCRIBE CBX firstname lastname (insert the users first & last name) |
| unsubscribe | UNSUBSCRIBE CBX firstname lastname (insert the name used to subscribe with) |
| digest mode | SET CBX MAIL DIGEST (this will send mail as one large message per day) |
| normal mode | SET CBX MAIL ACK (this will send mail to you one message at a time) |
| account | In the above commands, insert CBX or CBXIMAGES depending on which account you wish to control. |
